Works Perfectly
Im an Interactive Designer… what program do I spend most of my time in? TextMate. Why? Because plain text is infinitely useful. Apps like Evernote & OmniFocus are great for spending a lot of time setting up a rich experience. However, when it comes time for me to get work done: I want good ole-fashioned *tools*.
This app is great (and deserves all 5 stars) because: just like a hammer, I never have to configure anything to "get the job done." Hi Mr. Nail, meet my friend Hammer – job well done boys. QR code, meet QR Journal.
I open this app, scan whatever random QR code I happen to be interfacing with, and before I can even think about what awesome Web4.0 features I think should be added Im manipulating the data I need to scan and getting on with my day. If I misplace/forget the last thing I scanned, its not a problem because this app keeps a record of the data/photo it used which gives me the context of the photo I took.
